Yes — we serve clients across the whole of the UK. While we are based in Cardiff, we regularly supply and install signage for businesses in England and beyond. Delivery and nationwide installation can be arranged for most products.

Please avoid sending Word documents, PowerPoint files or low-resolution images as these may not reproduce well.
Raster images (TIFF/JPG) should be supplied at 300dpi at full print size. Vector files (AI/EPS/PDF) are resolution-independent and preferred for logos and text. If you're unsure, contact our studio team before submitting.
Yes! Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch or adapt your existing branding. Design services are available at an additional cost. Get in touch and we'll provide a quote based on the complexity of your project.
For files larger than 10MB, we recommend using a file transfer service such as WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive. Simply email the download link to studio@vegasign.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
Our print machines are CMYK-based. Pantone colours will be automatically converted to their CMYK equivalent. If you have specific Pantone references that need to be matched precisely, please notify our team when placing your order and we'll do our best to match them.

Yes — the majority of our signs are manufactured for outdoor use and are built to withstand UK weather conditions. We use weatherproof materials, UV-resistant inks and sealed enclosures where required. If you have specific environment concerns, please mention these when ordering.
Absolutely. Most of our products are available in custom sizes. Simply enter your required dimensions during the ordering process or request a quote and our team will confirm feasibility and pricing.
Yes — most of our illuminated and projecting signs come with free wall fixings included. Additional bracket options (such as extending wall brackets) are available as add-ons in the product configurator. Full fixing instructions are also provided.
We use premium-grade materials throughout our manufacturing process, including aluminium composite panels (ACM), powder-coated steel frames, acrylic face panels, 3mm and 5mm ACM, LED strip lighting, and UV-stable vinyl. All materials are selected for durability and longevity.
Turnaround times vary by product. Standard orders are typically completed within 5–10 working days once print-ready artwork is approved. More complex or large-format signs may take longer. We also offer express turnaround for urgent orders — please contact us to discuss.
Yes — we offer professional installation services across Wales and the wider UK. Our experienced fitters ensure your signage is installed safely, securely and to the highest standard. Please contact us for a fitting quote alongside your sign order.
Smaller items are sent via courier (typically DPD or similar next-day services). Larger or fragile signs are delivered via specialist pallet courier or by our own team to ensure safe delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@vegasign.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Yes — we deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands) may incur additional delivery charges or longer lead times. Please contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your location.

Yes — we offer invoice and credit account facilities for approved trade customers and businesses with regular requirements. Please contact our accounts team to discuss setting up a credit account. Subject to credit approval.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT (ex VAT). VAT at the standard rate of 20% will be added at checkout. VAT invoices are provided with every order. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim VAT in the usual way.
Absolutely. All card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider — the highest level of security available. We never have access to your full card details. Our site uses SSL encryption throughout.
As all our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a fault or error on our part, we will replace or refund the order in full.
