At Vegasign, we understand that your order must reach you when you need it. When it comes to deliveries, we make sure that you receive our order as quickly as possible. If speed is of the essence, why not just tell us and we will see what we can do to help you out? We do not offer an international service at this time. You will be given an estimated delivery date before you complete your order when you choose your delivery option at the checkout stage. The options will all be displayed and you can select the one that suits you best. All charges are shown during the order process for production and your chosen delivery option.
Normal working, courier, and delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Some larger orders or those that require extra finishing may take longer than 24 hours to dispatch, if this is the case we will let you know. Same day dispatch service and cut-off time may be amended or suspended during peak periods.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order can not be processed within the given timeframe we will contact you and notify you. We will continue to take every effort to proceed and deliver your order as soon as practicable.
Where delivery is not possible as a result of being provided with incorrect delivery details, the order will be returned to us. You should contact us immediately should this happen so that the order can be re-sent. The delivery charges for the order being re-sent is payable by you the customer. Should you not contact us within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to recycle the order.
